How we Address Your Needs

FAQs

We provide respite, group outings and activities, and tailor them based on participants wants and needs. We are flexible and always open to suggestions on how we can improve our services.

Our support workers have all completed a Certificate in disability, individual support, community therapy or similar. They also have a NDIS screening check, Working with Childrens Check, active First Aid and CPR Certificates, Police Check and Manual Handling Certificates. We’re comprehensively certified!

Family are more than welcome to observe programs before enrolling. We even give participants a meet and greet to give an introduction and run down about our company and what we are about. We also provide families with our welcome pack, giving them important information about our organisation and services.
